In this video I respond to a viewer’s comment left on one of my previous videos where I claimed that many atheists would probably go to heaven. This viewer’s comment calls into question the genuineness of the hypothetical person’s faith in Christ due to this hypothetical person falling away and becoming an atheist. However, as we discuss this comment we will see in Jesus’ own words what happens to anyone who believes in Him for the free gift of everlasting life, regardless as to whether or not they remain faithful.
Believing in the promise of eternal [everlasting] life is not the gospel. Believing that Jesus is the Messiah [Christ]the Divine and human Son of God is. When we believe who He says He is we are saved and receive forgiveness of sins, justification, redemption, adoption, God is propitiated, ect. The result is we receive eternal , everlasting life .
